SECTION 20 – Returns & Refunds

Due to the bespoke nature of our products at Toons Universe, we are unable to facilitate returns. Your artwork is meticulously crafted and holds personal significance for you, your pet, and your family.

Should you find yourself dissatisfied with the final product, please reach out to us. Ensuring customer satisfaction is one of our core values, and we always endeavor to ensure your contentment with the finished masterpiece.

In the event of receiving an incorrect product, wrong size or print, or if your product sustains damage during transit, we will promptly replace it without hesitation. Kindly inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order in such instances.

If you have recently placed an order and have had a change of heart, you may cancel your order within 24 hours. However, if 24 hours have elapsed, the cancellation will be subject to our discretion. This is because our artists typically commence work immediately after receiving your order. Should your artwork have already been created and you request a cancellation, we will impose a fee of $20 for the first character and $25 for each additional character to offset some of the artwork costs incurred by our artists, as each order is meticulously custom-made.

Please note that during the creation of your artwork, we utilise the photo provided with your order. Failure to adhere to our Photo Guide will preclude us from offering any remedy. It is your responsibility to submit a high-quality photo that aligns with our submission guidelines, as low-quality photos will result in inferior artwork. We do permit the inclusion of notes with orders in case you have any specific instructions or additional requirements.

We offer unlimited revisions on your artwork. A revision constitutes any of the following:

• Colour changes to eyes, skin, clothing, or hair

Alterations to the likeness of the person/character, e.g., moles, mustaches, or piercings

• Any change request beyond the aforementioned will attract additional fees. Each change request is assessed on a case-by-case basis, with the fee determined by the time and effort required to fulfil the request.

Examples of change requests incurring fees include:

• Alteration of clothing
• Adjustment of body positioning/stance
• Change in design style
• Request to utilize a different photo

Please note that all examples displayed on the site are derived from high-quality, high-resolution photos. Blurry or low-quality photos will hinder our design team’s ability to achieve the polished finish showcased on the site.
