Refund & Returns Policy

At Toons Universe, all our products are custom-made, so we cannot offer returns or refunds. Each piece of artwork is carefully crafted and uniquely designed for you, your pet, or your family.

If you’re not satisfied with the final product, please contact us. We prioritise customer satisfaction and always aim to ensure you’re delighted with your finished artwork.

In cases where you receive the wrong product, an incorrect size or print, or if your item was damaged during transit, we will replace it without hesitation. Please inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order in such cases.

If you’ve recently placed an order and changed your mind, you may cancel it within 24 hours. After 24 hours, cancellations are at our discretion. This policy is due to our artists often beginning work immediately after an order is placed. If your artwork has already been created and you request a cancellation, a fee of $20 for the first character and $25 for each additional character will be charged to cover part of the artwork costs.

Please note that we create your artwork using the photo you upload with your order. If the photo does not meet our Photo Guide requirements, we cannot offer a solution. It is your responsibility to provide a high-quality photo that adheres to our submission guidelines. Low-quality photos will result in lower-quality artwork. We allow you to add notes to your order if you have specific requests or additional details.

We offer unlimited revisions on your artwork. Revisions include:

• Colour changes to eyes, skin, clothing, or hair
• Modifications to the likeness of the person/character (e.g., moles, moustaches, piercings)

Any requests for changes outside of these will incur additional fees. Each change request is evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and fees will depend on the time and effort required.

Examples of change requests that will incur fees include:

• Changing clothing
• Altering body positioning/stance
• Modifying the design style
• Requesting to use a different photo

Please note that all examples on our site were created using high-quality, high-resolution photos. Blurry or low-quality photos will prevent our design team from producing the high-quality results you see on the site.
